located in the heart of Puerto Ayora on Santa Cruz Island in Galapagos. This
spacious family friendly home is suitable for all families, friends and

Casa Marina offers spacious great room with a modern kitchen, large dining
table, and comfortable seating in the living area. Providing a comfortable
place for your group to relax and enjoy a movie or presentation on the large
flat screen TV after a day of exploring the islands.
This is a multi-level home that has a street entrance taking you to the great
room with living, dining area and kitchen. On the second level, bedrooms are
located and on the third level, the roof top terraces with ocean view &
highland views are on the upper levels.
The living area and bedrooms are all air-conditioned.
The home is centrally located only one block from the main dock and in the
heart of town close to shopping and restaurants and yet very silent for all
rooms are sound proof. All you need for your exploration is available on a
walking distance from Casa Marina Galapagos.

Why This Property?
Casa Marina Galapagos was built in the year 2000. This was our
home; after a few years and because of the nature of my business (traveling all
over the world) We have decided to share our house to all our visitors.
We believe everyone should come and visit the islands at least
once. This place is more than wonderful. We are confident the islands will
remain in your heart forever.

Our Kitchen is very spacious for all to prep together as a fun family and
friends event. Stove, oven, sink, refrigerator. Utensils and dishes are
provided.
Smoking
Smoking is only allowed at the terraces. This is where
ashtrays are delivered. The view is impressive.
All indoors rooms are “weather and soundproof” also
equipped with smoke and CO2 alarms, smoking is not allow inside Casa Marina
Galapagos.
Bathroom Details
Spacious, comfortable and sparkly clean. Our showers will
recharge and sooth you with fresh clean water after an excursion. We know how
important a clean facility is. We strive for comfort, commodity and
cleanliness.

Our spacious living room is very impressive. Very
comfortable sofa and sitting areas. A flat-screen TV with cable, Library,
bathroom, air-conditioned, will provide you with commodity and relaxation.

A multi station is versatile, body building gym, is more
than a basic equipment and will delivers gym quality results. Our gear
considered “just perfect” for serious body builders who visited the
Islands to maintain and built their physic.
Outdoors grill.
For this guests who prefer to get outside and get cooking
with our gas grill at the terrace. You can bring the heat and add fire and
flavor to your expedition with our gear located at the main terrace.
